All WAREHOUSE Sale items are final. No exchange, refund or credit. Unless faulty. Please choose carefully.
ITEM AVAILABILITY
Occasionally stock levels are not up-to-date on the Online Store, this means items may not be available at the time of purchase. The likelihood of this occurring is extremely rare.
If this occurs to an item in your order, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.
SHIPPING
Free domestic shipping Australia wide
All orders shipped within Australia with ‘free shipping’ will be sent via courier service and will usually take 3-4 days (depending on your location) or if you would like to send your item express, a flat rate of $15.00 AUD for Express service.
Express Delivery – After order processing (please note, processing time can take 2-3 business days), this is a next business day service (please note, this service excludes some rural areas, please head to www.auspost.com.au to see if your address is applicable)
Domestic Delivery – After order processing, your order should be delivered within 4-7 business days. The latter being for more rural areas
Please note that no orders will be processed on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.
TORANNCE orders require signature upon delivery. If no-one is at attendance at your address at the time of delivery and you haven’t instructed for safe drop, your parcel will be taken to your local post office or collection point. Deliveries occur between 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
You should receive confirmation email upon order and tracking number via email or text, from shippit. These sometimes go to your junk mail, therefore please check there if you have not received. If for any reason, you have not received a confirmation email/tracking number, please contact Customer Services at info@torannce.com
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Free shipping on all international orders $500 and over
All international orders will be shipped via Express Post service with a fixed rate fee of $35.00 AUD or free if your order is $500 and over. Once your order is placed, it can take up to 24 hours to be processed. Delivery will take place within 1 – 10 business days of your order being dispatched, depending on your location.
All delivery time frames are estimations and we cannot be held accountable for any delays if your parcel is subject to import and/or custom clearance procedures. We cannot influence the release of an item once it is in customs due to their own independent processes and procedures.
TAXES AND DUTIES
All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).We ship your package DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid”, and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES ONLINE & IN STORE
Our returns and exchanges policy is only applicable to products purchased from the online store www.torannce.com or TORANNCE Boutiques. Please refer to our return guidelines below:
- All items must be returned in an unwashed, unused, unworn and unaltered condition with all swing tags still attached.
- We will happily accept returns, exchanges and refunds on all FULL PRICED goods (earrings and pre-order excluded), returned to TORANNCE within 7 days of receipt of goods.
- Please note, for earrings we do not offer exchange/refund, for hygiene reasons, so please choose carefully.
- To return your item, you must email info@torannce.com to have your return approved and be given a RA number/returns address. Any return sent without a RA number, will be declined and sent back to sender.
- There is no refund on SALE items or items purchased with a SALE coupon (including purchases made by payment system Afterpay) – we will however exchange size or offer a credit note
- We will happily exchange/credit note on PRE-ORDER. We do not refund on any PRE-ORDER
- Return shipping is to be paid by the customer
- Its the responsibility of the customer to ensure goods are returned safely to TORANNCE.
- All exchanges are subject to product availability however we will endeavor to replace any unsuitable items to the best of our ability.
- Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
- All TORANNCE garments have specific and particular care instructions. These instructions can be found on the care label inside the garment. If you are unsure or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact customer service info@torannce.com
FULL PRICED GOODS
TORANNCE will happily exchange, refund or provide a credit note on all full priced items (excluding PRE-ORDER, items purchased using a SALE COUPON and EARRINGS)
If you wish to return an item purchased from our online store, please contact customer service at info@torannce.com for instructions on how to return your item.
We will happily accept returns, exchanges and refunds on FULL PRICED goods, returned to TORANNCE within 7 days of receipt/ purchase
If items are not returned within 7 days, refunds will be denied
You are responsible for safely packaging your return so it is received undamaged during transit
Items must be returned with a completed TORANNCE RETURNS FORM which states RA number. If you do not have a RA number please contact info@torannce.com
Return shipping is to be paid by the customer and must include tracking information
Items will be checked and approved for a return or exchange once received. TORANNCE reserves the right to deny approval of customers returns if they do not meet our returns policy requirements.

If for any reason your PRE-ORDER/BACK ORDER is unsuitable, TORANNCE will happily exchange or give a credit note on items purchased via PRE-ORDER/BACK ORDER
We do not offer REFUND on pre-order items

FAULTY GOODS
If you receive a product which you believe is faulty, please contact customer service immediately at info@torannce.com
Please note, all leather items will give a little when first worn. This is not considered a fault, however the nature of the material.
